As an extremely pale skinned girly, I am constantly on the lookout for that perfect red lipstick which compliments my skin tone. When I heard about Kate Moss' range of brightly coloured lipsticks, I was eager to try them out. I went for shade 01 - a pink toned shade of red. The lipstick is well pigmented and true to colour and glided on easily. I don't think this is the 'one' however on a night out this looks great with toned down eye make up and LBD. For daytime use however, I think it's a no-no - it's just a bit to 'glizty' for my liking! Althought this wasn't the shade for me, I'm going to try some of the other colours in the range to see if they are more suited to my milky complexion!
Have you tried any of the Kate Moss lipsticks? Are you pale skinned like me? What shade did you find suited you best?

VO5 MIRACLE MIST REVIEW
Hi Girls!
I am going to start off by saying, I am HORRIBLE to my hair. I put it through dying, bleaching, hair extensions, straigtening... you name it, I do it. I get really bored easily and I have very thick, coarse hair meaning when I put chemicals or heat on it, it gets very dry and brittle. After a particularly heaving dying session of lightening my hair then putting a red on it, it has been left in a very sorry state. I've done my usual of trimming the ends and now I have to do my intensive conditioning regime to the max. After reading on various forums, someone suggested getting some leave in conditioner as well as my intensive conditioner.
Step forward the VO5 Miracle Mist. Vo5 Miracle Mist is a lightweight leave in conditioning mist which is infused with satin, silk and various natural oils for abused hair like mine. I used this on my hair today and I've already noticed a huge difference. It's still dry and damaged obviously (it's not THAT much of a miracle!) but its so much softer and easier to manage than before. The scent is quite fresh and you can also give dry hair a bit of a spritz as well to calm any frizziness!
I would definately recommend this as a leave in conditioner, and will probably repurchase as soon as this one runs out!

MIRROR MIRROR ON MY HAND
Hello Lovelies!
I wanted to show you all the LOVELY present Leanne got me for my birthday. The Model Mirror Compact Mirror - Good As Gold. I apologise for the stock photos - my camera is not working at the moment, however never fear, it will be back in action very soon! (That sounds dirty, why does that sound dirty?! It's not meant to be dirty).
ANYWAY. I absolutely love this mirror. It's a perfect size for slipping into your bag and small enough that you can pop it in your 'going out' bag for a night out. It has handy spotlights surrounding one of the mirrors for when it's too dark to see! I don't recommend getting out in the cinema or anything though, people may get annoyed.
You can purchase the Model Mirror in many different designs to suit your personality over at Feel Unique for £19 including free delivery.
Until next time... xxx

WHAT JOB DO YOU DO?
I'm baaaaaaack!
So I didn't technically 'go' anywhere - I've just been ridiculously busy for the past 3 weeks with work, seeing family and having my birthday (woohoo!)
Family
I have been spending a lot of time with my family recently which has been really nice as we're not a 'close' see each other every day type family. I have been working on our family tree and it's been so interesting - there were a few question marks over our heritage and I finally cracked it - I actually found out stuff none of the rest of the family knew! I used Genes Reunited and would recommend anyone interested in their family history to do the same!
My mum also got a new puppy over Christmas. He is a Jack Russell crossed with a Chihuahua and his name is Alfie. SO CUTE.
Birthday
Yesterday I celebrated turning 24. I'm not entirely sure how this happened to be honest. I'm pretty sure I am actually still 17. I got some lovely gifts including a new charm for my Pandora bracelet, a tattoo voucher, an amazing bag I have wanted for ages from Republic, vouchers and lots of other little bits which are amazing!
Work
The purpose of this blog post is actually to tell you a little more about my job and what I do. I love to hear what other people do for a living outside of blogging! I am a travel agent, specialising in holidays to the USA. I work from home and I absolutely LOVE my job. I also do a lot of graphic design and website content/design on the side, as well as my company's advertising. I like to have a varied lifestyle and this mix of website and selling really suits me!
