When I think of festival fashion, I think of shorts, dresses, wellies, flowery hair accessories and... NEON! Neon always features in my festival checklist, whether its funky neon knee high socks, neon face paint (warning: do use under the influence of alcohol...) or the obligatory glow sticks. This year, I have decided I am going to rock neon nails, and while on a recent trip to Primark, I came across these 4 polishes for just £2. Bargain!
The nail varnishes themselves are not fantastic (at 50p each I wouldn't expect them to be!) but after 3 coats and a top coat, they look pretty good! In the photo the orange and the pink look quite similar, but in 'real life' they are different and as they appear in the bottle. The yellow and green are probably the most watery and could probably have done with a 4th coat. You could also try these with a Matte Top Coat for a slightly more toned down look.
Overall, I'm glad I bought these and will definately be taking them along with me when I go to Reading Festival next month! (Next month?! Seriously, this year is flying by!)
