Diet Update: Week 6

Weight Loss So, somehow, I have reached week 6 of my diet journey. I lost a further 2lbs this week taking me to a loss of 22lbs in total. I honestly did not know I possessed this much willpower. Now, if only I could apply that willpower to not buying clothes and make up. (LOLZ - JK) It's been a pretty straightforward 6 weeks to be honest and definately does not feel like I have been on it that long, but the results do speak for themselves! Usually I would have made excuses as to why I would need a 'break' from a diet, which would obviously be 2 or 3 times per week, but I haven't even wanted to do that.

Aside from my body changes, the biggest change I have seen is in my confidence - I'm back wearing JEANS. I used to live in jeans but for the past year or two I have been making excuses... 'Oh leggings are more comfortable... I prefer wearing dresses anyway...'. I really feel like a new person already - I'm so excited for how I am going to feel in a couple of months time once I reach my goal!
